This can only be done by having a valid vendor back contract the gives you access to these updates and upgrades.

Arkphire offers multiple service levels from 8x5xNBD (next business day), 8x5x4, 24x7x4 to 24x7x2 responses with tailored access to our support desk and services. We are a Cisco Partner Support Service Partner, which allows us to provide tailored support contracts that are flexible and agile while providing the same benefits as a Cisco Smartnet contract. Our support uses a combination of onsite and remote assistance from our support desk comprised of Cisco Certified Engineers. Our team are cross-architecture certified with Cisco and are always increasing their knowledge through further exams and training with Cisco.

To ensure that your network is maintained at a secure level we would recommend combining our support service with our professional services so we can proactively support your network. By combing these services, we can then carry out agreed reviews of your environment and proceed with planned upgrade windows to ensure that there is minimal downtime whilst keeping your network up to date and secure.

Our dedicated support team comprise of five Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIE) and a mix of seven Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professionals (CCNP), which allow us to deliver flexible, agile networking solutions and support.

When you sign a support service contract with us we will take you through our on-boarding process where we will review the as-is status of your network, create a serialised inventory and document the network. We will take back up configurations of the network which will be held in our secure environment so that in the event of a hardware failure we can maximise the turnaround in getting your environment back to normal. All your hardware and software will be backed into Cisco on hardware/software contracts that provide access to iOS, firmware and software updates and upgrades, hardware replacement and access to Cisco TAC and the Arkphire-Bootstrap helpdesk.

In the event of a hardware failure on your network, we will call a replacement unit off from Cisco which is delivered in line with your agreed service level and one of our team will meet the device on site to facilitate the replacement applying back up configurations to ensure that there is no delay in getting you back online.

We offer a wide range of service levels depending on our clients’ support requirements including, 8x5xNBD, 8x5x4, 24x7x4, 24x7x2. We can tailor our service level agreements to meet our customers’ needs if they have unusual operating requirements.
