Paschal is the co-founder and CEO of Arkphire, one of the fastest growing IT procurement companies in Europe. Before becoming the CEO of Arkphire, Paschal held senior management positions in a number of Irish technology companies, including EDS Ireland and Memorex Telex.
As Chairman of the Board, Paul plays an integral role in Arkphire's remarkable growth journey and international expansion, bringing a wealth of international consulting and IT experience to Arkphire’s Board. Previous to joining Arkphire, Paul served as a member of the Group Executive Committee of Capgemini. Most recently he was Group Director of Sales and Portfolio, where he oversaw the development of the Group’s Digital offerings, and was then CEO of the Cloud Infrastructure Services Division.
Jimmy is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and joined Arkphire in 2014. Jimmy is a hands-on commercial accountant who is involved in all aspects of the business. He has been instrumental in helping to bring about the aggressive growth in turnover and profitability that the company has enjoyed over the past number of years. Previously Jimmy worked as a Finance Director for a hotel and bar operator group and also has corporate finance experience from his time working with BDO accountants.
Brid is the Head of IT Procurement Business and joined Arkphire in 2011. With over 17 years’ experience, Brid is responsible for driving the commercial success of the multinational business, as Arkphire continues to scale internationally. Brid leads her team to provide innovative and simple IT procurement services that help our clients to grow in Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) by focusing on service and operational excellence.
Deirdre leads the HR function within Arkphire and is responsible for supporting the company’s recruitment and retention strategies as it grows the business globally. Deirdre’s has over 25 year’s experience and she has specialised in Executive Coaching, Performance Management and Change Management. Deirdre has extensive experience in the management of global HR operations and the rolling out of executive programmes and initiatives spanning all business sectors.
Aisling recently brought Arkphire through its most significant rebranding in the company’s 40-year history. She leads Arkphire’s global marketing & PR strategy as the company continues to expand its global footprint. With 25 years’ experience in international B2B marketing and public relations, Aisling has extensive experience advising international technology companies at various stages of growth. In 2008 Aisling founded Marketology, a marketing consultancy, and during this time worked with a range of fintech and technology companies.
John has 15 years’ experience in multiple facets in the technology industry. In his position as Head of Commercial Strategy at Arkphire, John leads the strategic and commercial direction for the technical services business. John works with clients, partners and the internal teams to develop new emerging services and product offerings at Arkphire. Prior to joining Arkphire, John has worked in Decision Support Systems, Bank of Scotland and BT.
As Head of Sales, Brendan is responsible for sales strategy and business development at Arkphire. With over 25 years in senior management roles, he has proven experience managing teams to identify and deliver quality solutions demanded by the current pace of digital transformation. Prior to joining Arkphire, Brendan held senior roles at eir and Siemens and was one of the founding shareholders and MD of Airspeed Telecom.
Oliver Surdival stands at the forefront of the fastest moving industry, public cloud. Oliver spent the past ten years evangelizing the cloud and joined Arkphire in a new role, Head of Cloud Services to help position Arkphire as a leader in the public cloud space. A calculated risk-taker with deep tech industry knowledge, Oliver has championed public cloud and was the former CEO of CloudStrong which Arkphire acquired back in 2018 to strengthen their cloud offering.
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the technology and managed services sector and joined Arkphire in 2019. As Head of Asia-Pacific at Arkphire, Chris is based in Singapore and drives the expansion into the Asia-Pacific markets with a focus on addressing our clients' needs at a local level to become their IT partner of choice. Prior to joining Arkphire, Chris co-founded the Blue Logic Group, an award winning IT Managed Services company in the UK.
John Murphy is the Managing Director of Arkphire UK. John spent 30 years with Memorex Telex, Systematics and EDS. In these roles, he developed significant experience in data centre platforms, service management and customer support. In recent years he worked to establish Arkphire’s UK operation building relations with a group of partner companies and major customers, primarily in healthcare. Today Arkphire UK provides a range of products and services that deliver end-to-end technology transformations.
