Arkphire believes that effective project management at all stages is considered essential to the successful completion of a project and particular emphasis is paid to the planning stage. Our project managers take a proactive role and will be an integral member of the overall project team.
The strategy in our delivery allows Arkphire to deliver the project using internal technical resources and established supply chains. We are organised to support the customer project delivery with the flexibility to manage all sizes of projects from small and low-risk to complex and high-risk projects. A dedicated Arkphire project manager will run the project in accordance with our Prince2 compliant methodology.

The overall framework for project delivery is established through the application of Arkphire’s Project Management Methodology. This is based on best practice project management with an underlying structure based on PMI’s PMBoK® and APM’s PRAM Guide to Project Risk Management. Arkphire’s Project Management methodology is PRINCE2 compliant, subject to both quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
