For more than 30 years we have been designing, managing and advising on business-led technology projects for customers ranging from large multinationals, leading Irish organisations and public sector agencies within a wide range of industries.
HCA now has a single consolidated system shared across all locations and made easy to use by a physician’s portal and other technologies that unites many different applications. The technology refresh is widely seen as a model of best practice and positions the group for a number of new technologies.
From an IT management perspective, Ken Tormey (EasyTrip’s Chief Technology Officer) says the project was “definitely” worth the cost. “The level of security we have got has increased dramatically, and that’s value for money in itself. The level of management and control we have over systems has improved. Plus, we didn’t have any significant downtime, and that was another deliverable,” he says. “It was good planning, good execution, good validation that everything was up and running.
“This was a collaborative project which resulted in a seamless migration for Deloitte. Arkphire’s professional services guys jointly led the implementation project through to completion working in partnership with the technology team here at Deloitte, ” said John Gray (Head of Technology & Operations at Deloitte Ireland).
With its new technology infrastructure in place, Boylesports is well placed to meet its growth targets while delivering consistent, fast service that today’s connected consumer expects. “The series of projects we have partnered with Boylesports on have been challenging, yet hugely rewarding in terms of customer satisfaction and returns on their investment,” says Howard Roberts, Technical Director with Arkphire.
